Stormie S. We had a great time at this house. The owner was super responsive from the time we booked the house until check in. The only problem that we had was that we paid for pool heat and I don’t think it ever heated up. The kids tolerated the water temperature okay so we didn’t go through the trouble of calling anyone to come check it out.

Over all it was a great stay and would absolutely rent here again.

Mabel S. We had an “A Plus” time at this lovely vacation home! We were particularly careful when we searched for a house rental instead of a hotel or resort. We wanted a place we could have to ourselves. This home met all our expectations. It was clean and we felt very safe and comfortable. It had plenty of room (for a family of 4 like ours) and had everything we needed. We were able to prepare and cook our meals and dine together as if we were at home. This trip was for our daughter’s birthday celebration and so the location was great to conveniently go to all the places we planned to visit in Orlando. We all loved the heated pool which was a must-have on our list and we also enjoyed playing pool and foosball in the game room. And yes, we loved that they are pet-friendly because we brought our dog with us! The property manager/owner was very quick to reply to a few questions we had which was very helpful. We wanted to spend more pool time and we would love to walk around the trail by the lake, so we definitely would love to come back!

Tammy S. Spacious, quiet, safe area and close to everything. It was perfect for our family. We had our own pool and hot tub. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Close to golf, parks and shopping. Will stay again.

Karen B. Giving the current circumstances our family was looking for a getaway while staying socially distant and have fun in a private pool. This property is amazing and met all our requirements. Very comfortable home, beautiful and spacious. I love how both bedrooms had pool access. The pool table and play room was fun. Jim had excellent communication and answered all my questions very timely. With that said there were a few hiccups firstly we arrived and the garbage bin outside was overflowing and filled with flies and when we walked in the home it reeked of smoke. Whenever we visit a vacation home I like to do an initial walk through and assess property so I'm not held accountable for something we didn't do. After contacting Jim he explained the previous renters smoked in the garage and left the house a complete nightmarish mess. That cleaning crew tried their best to get rid of the smell. We also found out by day 2 the spa was broken and the pool n spa were freezing. By the next day however Maria made sure it was fixed. The other concern was my reservation said check out was at 11am but him messaged me and said its 10am per the rules he sent me after my reservation was made he made adjustments due to the diplorable state previous renters left the house. Maria however came and met with us and said due to the inconveniences we can keep our 11am checkout. Overall I will defintely stay at this property again. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini getaway and made the most of our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the house is filled with ammenties and every appliance we needed was easily accessible. My suggestions would be to find an alternative to the trash situation and make sure the pool and spa are working before guests arrive. Also perhaps a little febreeze would have taken care of the smell of smoke. Overall I highly recommend this vacation home. Thanks Jim and Maria for accommodating us. See you again soon.

Lindsay B. The house was beautiful. Check in with the lock box was smooth and we were happy to jump right in the pool. The pool does take time to heat up, which the kids thought was a bummer. It was fine, and they loved the hot tub too. Big fans of the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.

Property manager was very attentive and answered my questions in a timely manner.

Very happy with our choice for vacation!
