IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VACATION
- Pets are allowed in authorized homes only.( Pet fee of $110.00 required)
- No smoking inside, any guest found in violation at anytime will be asked to leave. All monies for reservation will be forfeited.
- A 13,5% tax is charged on nightly rental rates and pool heat per Osceola County Tax Board.
- Check-in Time is after 4:00 pm and Check-out Time is before 10:00 am.
- Gas Pool/Spa Heat is available year round at $245/weekly or $35/day. Gas heats the water faster than electric $25/day. Please note that if you do not pay for pool heat then the spa is unheated.
- Should damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occurs, you will be charged against your security deposit initially for the damage or stolen item(s) after your departure. If loss is more than the deposit, then you agree to be personally responsible.
- Items in your home are inventoried before and after your visit. Please notify our office if any damage is noted or items missing upon your arrival.
Directions to your home will be sent to you by email 7 days prior your arrival. A lockbox or electronic door lock at the front door allows access upon arrival and the number of lockbox or door code will be on your email.
